Position
The Pricing Specialist actively shapes pricing decisions across the entire product lifecycle—from collection set-up to market launch and post-launch performance analysis. Working closely with Collection Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, and cross-functional stakeholders, they combine analytical rigor with business acumen to support strategic decision-making, refine pricing processes, and drive the Maison’s long-term profitability.
Job Responsibilities

  • Pricing Process Management: Coordinate and execute the end-to-end pricing process across the entire product catalog, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Strategic Pricing Analysis: Analyze pricing performance and deliver actionable recommendations to guide collection pricing and overall business strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Collection and Retail Merchandising, Finance, and regional teams to prepare analytical reports and presentations for key pricing decisions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor pricing effectiveness post-launch, identifying optimization opportunities driven by market dynamics and business performance.
  • Process Optimization: Help evolve pricing methodologies, tools, and processes, with a specific focus on international pricing architecture and currency positioning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong internal relationships to ensure seamless collaboration, clear communication, and cross-functional alignment.

Profile

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong IT abilities and professional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (in particular, expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential).
    • Proficiency in Power BI and Business Objects is required.
    • Knowledge of SAP and pricing systems is considered a strong plus.
  • Language: Fluent English, both spoken and written
  • Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Demonstrated problem-solving skills, precision, meticulous attention to detail, a strong team-working attitude, and flexibility.

Additional Information
For new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 37.000.
This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.
This role also provides for participation in a bonus scheme, at Loro Piana’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance.
In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.
The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Tessile, Abbigliamento e Moda) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Loro Piana in Italy.
