Overview
As Flows Engineer, you ensure the availability of flow systems to support production, packaging, and distribution while driving continuous improvements. You will lead medium-to-long-term flow optimization projects and leverage data-driven methods to enhance performance. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on digital transformation of logistical processes to build a smarter, safer plant. You will collaborate across teams to standardize procedures and empower colleagues, delivering measurable impact.

Responsabilità
- Plan, manage and coordinate medium-to-long-term flow optimization projects (logistic flows, automation)
- Analyze service indicators and define action plans using digital/data-driven approaches
- Transform data collection into competitive advantage via digital tools and AI-based solutions
- Create dynamic dashboards and predictive KPIs to detect drifts and trigger actions
- Drive digital evolution of logistical flows by integrating software/data analysis systems
- Promote continuous improvement, draft procedures, and coordinate training
- Serve as a communication hub among departments, ensuring safety and engagement
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)
- Proficiency in software applications and data analyst programs
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Fluent in Italian; good knowledge of English; French a plus
