Overview
In this role you drive profitable growth for Regional B2C channels by partnering with GTM and Cluster teams, delivering data-driven insights to support regional strategies. You own P&Ls for key channels, lead forecasting, and guide budget allocation to enable execution with excellence. You will collaborate across Finance, GTM, and regional leaders to shape investment decisions and performance. Responsabilità
- Partner with GTM Channel and Cluster Teams to drive profitable growth through sound financial decisions
- Own Channel and Top Accounts P&Ls, set targets, establish spending guidelines, monitor progress
- Lead forecasting via channel strategy, guidelines, and bottom-up customer planning
- Coordinate cluster execution planning and budget appropriation aligned with product/category strategy
- Coordinate Finance Team efforts to help clusters achieve targets through actionable analytics
- Provide guidance on Top Accounts performance and investment optimization
- Supervise customer onboarding/de-boarding processes from the Finance side
Requisiti fondamentali
- FP&A experience of 7–10 years in international environments (FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or PC industry)
- Advanced Excel user, familiar with ESSbase and Oracle
- University Degree
- Fluent in English
- Self-motivated and agile in fast-changing business context
- Ability to prioritize and structure work while enabling pace and controls
- Experience in matrix/functional, multicultural environments
