Overview
In this role you lead the pre-construction delivery of a flagship data centre project in Milan, acting as the senior client-side adviser on design, planning, procurement and strategy. You will guide project setup, governance and delivery structure before construction, collaborating with developers, funders and internal stakeholders. You’ll shape design development, tendering and early contractor engagement while implementing KPIs and controls. This is a long-term, high-impact leadership position within a trusted client team.

Responsabilità
- Lead pre-construction activities: planning, commercial strategy, procurement and risk
- Serve as senior client-side liaison between developers, funders, contractors and internal stakeholders
- Mentor and manage the design, cost and scheduling consultant team
- Report to client executive leadership and guide strategic project positioning
- Oversee design development, tendering and early-stage contractor engagement
- Establish delivery KPIs, project controls and reporting procedures
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 10+ years in a senior PM or Director role within client-side consultancy or cost/project management
- Proven experience leading large-scale real estate, technology or mission-critical developments
- Expert understanding of project lifecycles from pre-construction to mobilisation
- Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and align multiple workstreams
- Degree-qualified; chartership preferred (RICS, APM, CIOB, etc.)
- Fluent English; Italian a bonus
