Overview
As MEP Lead, you will own Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health delivery on a flagship Milan data centre site. You’ll lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to achieve safety, quality, programme, procurement and commercial targets. You will drive coordination across the project lifecycle and push value through design review and constructability improvements. This role offers regional impact within Europe’s data centre landscape and broad stakeholder interaction.

Responsabilità
- Lead and manage Mechanical and Electrical project teams on site
- Coordinate all MEP activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive programme delivery, sequencing and construction planning
- Review designs and propose value engineering solutions
- Monitor installation works for compliance with specifications and quality
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Site Engineers and subcontractors
- Manage procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials
- Identify design issues and coordinate resolutions with the design team
- Ensure highest Health & Safety standards across all MEP activities
- Support commercial teams through change management, cost control and progress reporting
- Lead project meetings and provide updates to senior management
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
- Proven experience leading MEP teams on large-scale construction projects
- Strong background delivering Data Centre, Mission Critical, Industrial or Pharmaceutical projects
- Excellent understanding of MEP coordination, procurement, sequencing and commissioning
- Strong commercial awareness and project delivery experience
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
