Overview
As M&E Project Manager you will lead the mechanical and electrical delivery for a hyperscale data centre in Rome. You will align design, procurement and site teams to ensure seamless execution and strict safety and quality standards. You’ll spearhead supplier and subcontractor management, risk reporting and on-time, on-budget delivery to a mission-critical facility. This role offers a rotation package with accommodation and allowances, and a path to career progression within a leading international contractor.

Responsabilità
- Lead and manage the M&E packages from pre-construction through commissioning and handover
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Manage subcontractors and site teams, driving quality, safety, and programme compliance
- Act as the key point of contact between Italian-speaking teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Ensure strict health, safety, and environmental compliance across all M&E works
- Regularly report on progress, risks, and performance to senior management
- Deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager on data centre or mission-critical projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) – essential for stakeholder and site team communication
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- EU passport or unrestricted right to work in Italy (mandatory)
- Available to start within 2–4 weeks
