Overview
As an Electrical Engineer on a major hyperscale data centre project in Milan, you will help deliver complex electrical systems on site. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage technical documentation, and drive installation quality, safety, and programme adherence. Your work supports fast-paced construction and hands-on delivery from design coordination to handover. This role offers a clear path to lead engineer and package management roles within a European project portfolio.

Responsabilità
- Support electrical installation delivery for large-scale mission-critical systems
- Coordinate on-site electrical subcontractors to align with programme
- Review and manage drawings, specifications, and electrical documentation
- Provide technical guidance to on-site teams and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and quality benchmarks
- Maintain Integrated Management System compliance for all electrical activities
- Prioritise and track technical workloads across the engineering team
- Monitor subcontractor performance for safety and operational obligations
- Apply troubleshooting to resolve electrical issues promptly
- Maintain document control logs and engineering trackers
- Prepare electrical handover packs, inspection reports, and test documentation
- Promote safe working practices and housekeeping on site
- Complete weekly safety observations and reporting
- Support commissioning readiness and final system close-out activities
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years in electrical engineering within M&E contracting environments
- Experience in data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, or large commercial projects advantageous
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and installation methods
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors in live construction
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel with good documentation discipline
