Overview
In this role you will support electrical installation work on a major hyperscale data centre project in Milan, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring compliance with design, programme, safety and quality standards. You will play a key part in technical coordination, documentation control, troubleshooting and project handover. This is a hands-on, on-site position that drives safe execution and high-quality delivery across a large, mission-critical environment. A strong M&E contracting background and solid Electrical installation knowledge will help you shape outcomes at scale.

Responsabilità
- Coordinate and review electrical drawings and technical submissions
- Support electrical installation works in line with project programme
- Advise subcontractors on technical and compliance matters
- Monitor subcontractor performance and site progress
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Apply troubleshooting techniques and implement corrective actions
- Manage document control and maintain updated logs
- Prepare test packs and handover documentation
- Drive high housekeeping and safety standards on site
- Complete weekly safety reporting requirements
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- 5+ years’ experience within an M&E contracting environment
- Data centre or mission-critical experience advantageous
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems installation and coordination
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel
