Overview
As CSA Supervisor you will lead on-site civil, structural and architectural activities for a fast-paced data centre project in Milan. You will coordinate trades, enforce safety, and monitor progress to ensure quality and alignment with design and ISO standards. The role sits within a broader delivery team focused on reliable data centre construction across Europe. You will work closely with subcontractors and the project team to keep milestones on track and drive compliant, high-quality outcomes. Responsabilità
- Oversee CSA works on-site, supervising civil, structural and architectural activities to meet design specs
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors to maintain progress and resolve interface issues
- Champion health and safety, applying company procedures and Italian regulations
- Track schedule performance, flag risks, and support recovery planning with the project manager
- Conduct inspections, verify materials, and maintain records to ensure QA and ISO conformity
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years in a similar role on data centres or large-scale construction
- Relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background
