Overview
In this role you will manage the CSA commercial deliverables for a flagship hyperscale data centre project in Milan. You’ll work with engineering, planning and site teams to ensure cost certainty, contract compliance and strong commercial performance. You’ll drive payments, variations and subcontractor accounts while mitigating commercial risks in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. This is an opportunity to shape large-scale data centre delivery across Europe within a leading contractor.

Responsabilità
- Manage CSA commercial activities across the full project lifecycle
- Prepare and review valuations, applications for payment and variation accounts
- Administer subcontractor accounts and manage contractual obligations
- Support procurement of CSA subcontract packages and suppliers
- Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and commercial reporting
- Identify, assess and manage commercial risks and opportunities
- Ensure contract compliance and adherence to main contract requirements
- Work closely with engineering and site teams to align scope and delivery
- Support change management, claims and compensation events where required
- Liaise with client and consultant teams on commercial matters
- Contribute to monthly cost reporting and project financial reviews
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven Quantity Surveyor experience with strong CSA exposure
- Background working for main contractors on large-scale industrial or hyperscale data centre projects
- Strong understanding of civil, structural and architectural works
- Experience managing subcontractor accounts and complex packages
- Good knowledge of construction contracts, valuations and cost control
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar
