Overview
As CSA Quantity Surveyor you will manage the commercial scope of civil, structural, and architectural packages on a major data centre development in Milan. You will drive financial control, contractual compliance, and value optimisation across the project lifecycle. You’ll work within a high-performing commercial team to ensure accurate cost capture, timely reporting, and effective procurement. This role offers exposure to a fast-growing data centre sector and complex, high-value construction challenges.

Responsabilità
- Manage the commercial delivery of CSA packages from procurement to final account
- Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontract packages including scope and pricing analysis
- Monitor subcontractor performance against budget and programme
- Assess and process interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Identify, evaluate, and manage change control procedures per contract
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial updates for senior management
- Support procurement activities including tender analysis and subcontractor selection
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and risk management procedures
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams for accurate cost capture and reporting
- Assist in preparation and agreement of claims when necessary
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role on large-scale construction projects
- Experience managing CSA packages on data centre or mission-critical projects (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management principles
- Proven experience in subcontract procurement, valuations, and variation management
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
