Overview
In this role you will lead quality assurance and control for CSA packages on a large-scale hyperscale data centre project in Milan. You will work within a construction-focused team to ensure works meet drawings, specifications, and client expectations. You will develop and apply QA/QC procedures, perform site inspections, and drive NCRs where needed. You will collaborate with project and design teams to resolve issues and maintain comprehensive QA documentation. This is an opportunity to shape quality standards on a mission-critical project in a leading data centre environment.

Responsabilità
- Inspect CSA works on site to verify compliance with drawings and specifications
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and inspection processes
- Review ITPs, method statements, and subcontractor documentation
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and issue NCRs as required
- Support resolution of quality issues with project and design teams
- Maintain full quality documentation and inspection records
- Support handover documentation including QA dossiers and O&M files
- Promote quality standards across all site activities
Requisiti fondamentali
- Background in Civil, Structural or Architectural disciplines
- Experience in QA/QC roles on large construction projects
- Strong understanding of CSA construction methods and standards
- Experience on data centre or industrial projects is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
