Overview
As CSA Engineer, you will lead civil, structural and architectural delivery for a Milan-based data centre project. You will coordinate interface across MEP, commissioning and BIM teams to ensure design intent is preserved and interfaces are clash-free. You’ll supervise subcontractors, monitor safety and quality, and keep project governance and client communications on track. This role offers hands-on site leadership within a European data centre construction context and opportunities to shape critical infrastructure. You will drive delivery momentum through rigorous reporting and proactive risk management.

Responsabilità
- Coordinate Civil, Structural & Architectural delivery across the project zone
- Lead CSA works to align with design intent and integration into construction sequence
- Supervise subcontractor performance, review method statements, RFIs, and technical queries
- Interface with MEP, commissioning and BIM teams to coordinate interfaces and resolve clashes
- Monitor progress, safety and quality on site, identify risks and drive corrective actions
- Prepare daily/weekly reports, update trackers and maintain CSA documentation for governance
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent trades background
- 6+ years in a similar CSA/Data Centre or large-scale construction project role
