Overview
In this role, you will lead BMS installation, integration and commissioning for a major data centre project in Milan, ensuring alignment with design intent and client standards. You’ll act as the technical bridge between M&E, controls and commissioning teams, resolving interface issues. You will oversee testing, validation and documentation to ensure reliability and compliance, while identifying opportunities to optimise performance during handover. This is a hands-on, cross-disciplinary position that supports ongoing improvements and future enhancements in a mission-critical environment.

Responsabilità
- Oversee BMS installation, integration and commissioning on the data centre project
- Coordinate technical interfaces between M&E, controls and commissioning teams
- Lead functional testing, cause-and-effect checks and performance validation of the BMS
- Review and maintain technical documentation and QA records for client handover
- Identify opportunities to optimise system performance during commissioning and handover
- Provide technical input for future enhancements, upgrades or maintenance strategies
Requisiti fondamentali
- Relevant degree level qualification
- 8+ years’ experience in a similar role on large-scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
- EU Passport or RTW in Italy
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Problem-solving and issue resolution

- Building Management Systems (BMS) installation and commissioning
