ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Junior Plant Controller to join our Finance & Controlling team at our Pergine Valsugana (TN) manufacturing plant.
In this role, you will support the monitoring of plant financial performance by providing timely and accurate financial analysis, participating in the monthly closing process, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities.
Working closely with Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams, you will help drive business performance through reliable financial reporting and insightful analysis.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in industrial controlling within a dynamic, international manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will initially be hired on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the opportunity for permanent employment, or alternatively through a professional apprenticeship.
