Overview
As a Lead Electronic Engineer, you will steer local electronics development within global project setups. You will create concepts, develop, commission and verify circuits for high-volume devices, while addressing EMC considerations and ensuring compliance in internal or partner labs. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across locations and follow the Product Creation Process to shape robust architectures. This role offers impact through leading electronics design and integration within a multinational environment. You will engage in investigations and root-cause analysis to sustain device performance in operation.
Responsabilità
- Lead local electronic development activities within global project setups
- Create concepts and develop, commission and verify electronic circuits for high-volume devices
- Incorporate EMC considerations and verify compliance in internal or partner labs
- Coordinate with project team across functions (Project lead, Architecture, Mechanics, Software, Sensing, Purchasing, Verification)
- Follow Product Creation Process and Development methodology and associated procedures
- Leverage existing blocks or introduce new ones based on architectural needs
- Conduct investigations and failure analysis during device lifetime
Requisiti fondamentali
- >5 years of experience as Electronic Engineer with successful industrial development projects
- Experience in international development teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Deep know-how in analog and digital circuit design and embedded systems including field bus
- Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing, production and quality aspects
- Proactive and self-organized with strong communication skills
- Structured working style and experience collaborating with colleagues at different locations
