Overview
As Senior Product Manager for LED Modules, you own the global portfolio strategy and roadmap across commercial and industrial lighting. You will shape product lifecycle decisions from concept through scaling, balancing reuse and profitability. You collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, Sales and Marketing to ensure successful launches and market fit. This role combines market insight, technology, and commercial execution to drive portfolio growth. You will work across regions in a matrix organization, delivering high-impact solutions for OEMs and luminaire manufacturers.

Responsabilità
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for LED modules across commercial & industrial applications
- Translate market, customer, and application needs into competitive product specifications
- Drive the Full Product Lifecycle: Concept, Development, Launch, Scaling, Phaseout
- Lead portfolio and customization strategies to balance speed, reuse, and profitability
- Act as application and market expert for OEMs, luminaire manufacturers, and system integrators
- Support go‑to‑market activities: positioning, value propositions, sales enablement
- Collaborate globally across regions and functions to ensure successful launches
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in Product Management / Product Marketing within professional lighting or LED components business
- Proven experience with LED modules and electronic boards, ideally in B2B commercial & industrial lighting
- Solid understanding of LED technologies, optical/thermal/electrical constraints, and certifications (ENEC, UL, Zhaga, DALI ecosystem)
- Strong market and application knowledge (offices, retail, industrial, logistics, public buildings)
- Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution ability
- Confident communicator, comfortable in a global matrix organization
- Education in Engineering (MBA a plus) and fluent English
