For our Helicopters Division we are looking for a Project Management Specialist. Main task is to be fully accountable of Program execution, namely:

  • Monitor and control the Program activities from Contract signature till helicopter Delivery, using proper KPI (EBIT, P&L, CPI, SPI).
  • Ensure Program execution using EVM techniques, in compliance with the Program Contract Baseline (cost, schedule and performance) as updated by Contract Amendements.
  • Manage Customer requirements during Program execution, through the process of Baseline Change, keeping cost, schedule and performance under control.
  • Monitor and control the testing, certification and Delivery activities on Helicopters.
  • Ensure integration among internal Functions (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, Training, Procurement, Finance) and external stakeholders (Customer, Contractual Manager) to achieve the Program objectives.
  • Provide periodic reporting to upper Management (e. g. Delivery meetings, Project Management Reviews and Business Reviews), as accountable for Program Communication Plan.
  • Initialize and manage the Program Risk Register.
  • Support Budget process, ensuring it is established in line with Program Baseline.
  • Prepare and maintain the Product Roadmap, consistent with the Product strategy and market needs.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering).
  • Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge and/or experience in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Selection Process

The selection process follows the application collection phase.
