Overview
In this role you will contribute to the Launch domain (Samples and Events) by building scalable backend systems and frontend features for enterprise clients. You will work within a pod-based, autonomous team that owns end-to-end delivery, from scoping to adoption, while shaping AI-assisted development practices. The role blends PHP/Laravel backend work with React frontend, APIs, and robust testing in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will collaborate across design, product, and engineering to deliver reliable, high-impact software that supports large fashion events and sample management.

Responsabilità
- Build and maintain backend systems using PHP 8+, MySQL 8+, Laravel
- Develop frontend components with React and optimize build pipelines (Esbuild, Vite or equivalents)
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs for frontend-backend interoperability
- Perform code reviews and contribute to architecture decisions
- Write and maintain unit tests for frontend and backend code
- Monitor and maintain dependencies via npm and composer for stability and security
- Keep documentation up to date for codebase, APIs, and architecture
- Use Claude Code for AI-assisted development with thorough human oversight
- Create reusable AI-enabled workflows and skills to ensure consistent production output
- Define and uphold internal AI usage standards to balance speed with security
Requisiti fondamentali
- Engineer Degree in Computer Science
- minimum of 5 years of relevant full-stack SaaS experience
- Proficiency in PHP and MySQL 8 with Laravel
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code or similar)
- Experience with bundling tools (vite, Esbuild, webpack)
- RESTful API design and integration
- Fluent English communication
