As a BD Senior Specialist in Milan, you drive strategic marketing and client development initiatives to advance the firm’s priorities in Italy. Responsabilità
- Develop and execute strategic BD and marketing plans to support market priorities
- Provide research, analysis, and reporting to identify new clients and deepen existing relationships
- Support the local marketing strategy with measurable impact
- Build fluency in the client base to pursue opportunities from new and existing clients
- Collaborate on local pitches, proposals, biographies, and directories
- Coordinate with Europe BD, events, PR, and social media teams to support client events and sponsorships
- Partner with Brand & Communications to ensure coverage for matters and initiatives across teams
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in a BD role within professional services (legal or consulting)
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and in teams with a customer service focus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving technology platforms
