Overview
As an ERP Senior Business Analyst you will lead end-to-end ERP improvement projects, focusing on JDEdwards EnterpriseOne implementations and integrations. You will bridge business and IT, shaping functional specifications, configurations, testing, and training to enable seamless ERP performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget, driving continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to impact critical business processes and data flows at scale.
Responsabilità
- Lead end-to-end ERP improvement projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget
- Analyze business processes to develop functional ERP specifications
- Design, configure, and test ERP modules to meet needs
- Guide ERP integration with other systems for seamless data flow
- Conduct system and user acceptance testing and train end-users
- Develop project documentation including plans and process maps
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Provide advanced support to ensure business continuity and troubleshoot issues
Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree in information technology or related field or equivalent work experience
- minimum 5 years as Business/ERP Analyst on ERP implementation or improvement projects
- English: intermediate
- Experience as ERP Senior Consultant / Analyst (preferably)
- Proficiency in ERP systems with strong preference for JDEdwards EnterpriseOne
- Knowledge of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, logistics, and/or financial processes
- Proficiency in SQL, report writing, and data analysis tools
- Experience with systems integrations and project management methodologies
- Travel: occasional
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems with emphasis on JDEdwards EnterpriseOne
- Experience with ERP module configuration and testing
- Strong understanding of system integrations
