Join KPMG Studio Associato's M&A Legal team in Milan to support extraordinary corporate transactions.
You will conduct legal due diligence, draft acquisition contracts, and assist across negotiation phases, mergers, reorganizations, and related corporate matters.

- Legal due diligence activities
- Drafting contracts related to acquisition transactions (company and share deals) and supporting negotiations
- Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documentation (mergers, demergers, contributions, reorganizations)
- Preparation of opinions and notes on corporate and commercial matters
- Doctrinal and case law research activities
- Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 3 years experience in a leading firms or Legal consulting
- Master's degree in Law with grade higher than 105/110
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package
