Overview
In this role you will help clients transform operating models and processes as part of KPMG’s Business Transformation team in Milan. You will work on high-impact projects with top management to improve performance through organizational redesign, process optimization and change management. The role offers exposure to multinational clients and a fast-growing team dedicated to delivering transformative outcomes. Responsabilità
- Rethink operating models for Finance, HR, Procurement and Supply Chain to align with business strategy
- Support organizational redesign and process re-engineering via change management programs
- Evaluate impacts of initiatives, track performance before/after transformation, and close gaps
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master in Management, Business Administration or Management Engineering
- 2 to 3 years of experience in business transformation, process optimization or organizational redesign

- excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study or work experience abroad
