Overview
In this role you will lead complex digital transformation programs and ensure effective IT governance for clients. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals and drive PMO and portfolio governance. You will shape IT architectures across infrastructure and applications, and translate business requirements into actionable IT solutions. Responsabilità
- Design and implement IT governance frameworks aligned with leading practices
- Provide technical advisory on IT architectures across infrastructure and application domains
- Define, establish, and evolve PMO models for governance of multi-stakeholder portfolios
- Develop methodologies for monitoring, reporting, and controlling project performance against KPIs, milestones, and budgets
- Drive definition and continuous improvement of digital processes translating business requirements into IT solutions
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and engage senior internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and thought leadership
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM disciplines
- At least 4 years of experience in IT consulting, Governance, PMO, or related advisory roles
- Proven knowledge of IT architectures across infrastructure and application domains
- Solid knowledge of PMO methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/SAFe)
- Understanding of IT Governance frameworks and international standards (ITIL, COBIT, ISO)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Italian and English
