Overview
Join KPMG Studio Associato in Milan as part of the Deal Advisory M&A Tax Team to support clients on complex taxation matters around extraordinary transactions. You will work on tax due diligence, restructurings, and tax opinions within a global, dynamic environment that combines national and international standards. You’ll collaborate with senior professionals to deliver integrated tax solutions and guidance on M&A transactions, governance, and compliance. This role offers exposure to cross-border projects and opportunities to develop top-level expertise within a leading firm.

Responsabilità
- Conduct tax due diligence reviews for mergers, acquisitions, demergers, and other transactions
- Support corporate restructuring projects
- Analyze treatment of transactions under national (OIC) and international (IAS/IFRS) accounting standards
- Prepare national and international tax opinions
- Prepare applications for tax rulings
- Prepare corporate income tax returns (Modello Unico and Modello IRAP)
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3-5 years of professional experience at international law firms, the Big Four, or advisory firms
- Master's degree in Economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or Law (LMG-01) with a grade of at least 100/110
- Intent to pursue professional practice as a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
