Overview
As an AI Transformation Senior Consultant, you will drive digital transformation for clients by designing end-to-end automation solutions that blend AI, automation, and custom development. You’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensure governance and compliance, and quantify operational benefits. You’ll work on production-ready implementations, from assessment to deployment, while mentoring peers and supporting business development. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI platforms in a global firm with a focus on impact and integrity.

Responsabilità
- Conduct client process assessments and identify high-value AI and automation use cases
- Design end-to-end solution architectures and select technologies in a vendor-agnostic way
- Lead solution delivery with development teams, ensuring code quality, release management, and environment governance
- Define governance frameworks: traceability of automated decisions, risk management, and AI Act/compliance
- Measure operational benefits and provide data-driven client reporting
- Mentor juniors and support skill growth across the practice
- Support business development with technical proposals, estimates, and client presentations
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2-3 years of experience in process automation, app development, or AI initiatives with increasing responsibilities
- Strong Microsoft Power Platform expertise in enterprise contexts; familiarity with GCP and AWS is valued
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Experience designing integrations with ERP/CRM and third-party systems via APIs and connectors
- Ability to facilitate workshops and engage with business and IT stakeholders at senior levels
- Experience leading development teams and delivering on time with quality
- Proficiency in English; international study/work experience preferred
- Knowledge of Claude Code or other agentic development tools; familiarity with Google Gemini/Vertex AI or other Generative AI ecosystems
- Experience with automation and orchestration platforms (UiPath, Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, Appian, Camunda, Pega, ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of data/integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Databricks, Snowflake)
- Knowledge of traditional development tech (Python, .NET, JavaScript, React, Angular, TypeScript)
- Understanding of EU AI Act and AI governance and compliance
- Microsoft certifications PL-600, PL-400, or AI-102
- Experience in consulting or large-scale enterprise transformations
- Additional certifications in cloud/AI/automation
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end Intelligent Automation or AI transformation initiatives
