Overview
In this role you will oversee the full implementation lifecycle for partner integrations, from scoping to go-live and beyond. You will coordinate across Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market to align on scope and priorities, while ensuring high-quality delivery. You’ll troubleshoot real-time issues and guide partners through APIs and payment processes, leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery. Your work will feed back into Klarna’s product and integration frameworks to improve the partner experience and ecosystem. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role at scale in fintech payments.
Responsabilità
- Manage multiple concurrent partner implementations from scoping to go-live
- Troubleshoot real-time technical issues and guide partners through APIs and payment processing
- Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and advocate their use across the team
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market to define integration scope and set priorities
- Ensure implementations meet Klarna's quality bar
- Provide feedback from partner systems and payments ecosystem to improve products and integration frameworks
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years in technical program or delivery management, partner-led implementations, or complex integration delivery in payments/fintech
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and system architectures; able to troubleshoot independently
- Experience with using AI tools and promoting their adoption for faster/different delivery
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineering and partner stakeholders
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, shop systems or payment solutions
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach and ability to drive priorities
- Working proficiency in Italian
