Overview
In this role you own mission‑critical IT operations to ensure stability, performance, and scalability across hybrid environments.
You will shape service reliability and continuous improvement, collaborating with an international team.
You’ll manage both on‑prem and cloud infrastructures, with data‑driven reporting to stakeholders.
This is a high‑visibility position that combines technical authority with cross‑functional influence in a global luxury group.
You’ll contribute to enterprise‑scale transformation and operations strategy at Kering.
- Responsabilità
- Own daily operations for hybrid infrastructures (private & public cloud) to meet SLA targets
- Proactively monitor, automate, and optimize performance
- Lead cloud operations across AWS and private cloud with clear stakeholder reporting
- Provide technical governance and lead committees with suppliers and partners
- Contribute to project design/delivery across Agile and Waterfall models
- Manage Incident, Change, and Problem processes per ITIL best practices
- Troubleshoot complex issues and drive sustainable remediation
- Collaborate with Service Owners, regional/global teams, brands, and tech entities
- Requisiti fondamentali
- 7+ years in complex, enterprise‑scale, hybrid environments
- Strong Sys Ops, automation, and Cloud Ops/Dev Ops expertise
- Extensive experience with Linux/Windows, virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring
- End‑to‑end infrastructure knowledge in on‑prem and cloud contexts
- Experience in international, distributed settings with stakeholder influence
- Fluent English; Italian a plus
