Overview
In this role, you will oversee packaging and material procurement for B2B, B2C, and reverse logistics, collaborating with external partners to optimize operations. You will drive order accuracy, supplier performance, and cost-efficient logistics, while supporting sustainability reporting and continuous process improvements. The position sits in the Italian central operations team and plays a key part in delivering efficient, high-quality material flows for the group’s luxury brands. This is a chance to shape packaging operations and supplier relationships within a global luxury group.

Responsabilità
- Supervise daily packaging and branded-item requests, coordinating with GXO to ensure service levels
- Enter and monitor orders in Excel, ensuring timely and precise purchasing
- Coordinate merchandise pick-ups and optimize delivery schedules to reduce costs
- Ensure material quality controls and address any claims
- Collect data to support the Sustainability team’s annual declaration
- Monitor supplier KPIs, assess performance, and drive improvement actions
- Evaluate material specifications and source qualified suppliers meeting standards
- Negotiate prices and terms for logistics materials
- Audit suppliers for quality, compliance, and timely delivery
- Use Esker to verify data and ensure information accuracy
- Support continuous improvement of operation warehouse processes related to packaging, stock checks, and inbound flows
Requisiti fondamentali
- Graduate in Engineering, Economic or related studies
- Experience in supply chains and operations, preferably in fashion
- Familiar with logistics processes and packaging materials
- Accurate, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English
- Proactive with ability to manage multiple activities
- Team-oriented and able to set clear objectives and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Interest in Operations and Logistics and driving initiatives within the business
- Fluent in English and Italian
