Overview
You will monitor the Women’s Shoes category performance across regions, translating HQ strategy into regional actions to maximize sales. You collaborate with planning, merchandising, and regional buyers to align product, stock, and messaging with market needs. This role shapes assortment decisions, inventory optimization, and market feedback loops to drive business results. You’ll work within a cross-functional merchandising team to ensure coherent brand storytelling and execution.

- Market intelligence collection and synthesis from regions and channels
- Define Master Orders through quantitative analysis to balance global product mix
- Coordinate open-to-buy with planning for regional splits
- Optimize stock levels across regions and channels; analyze selling trends and slow movers
- Collaborate with regional buyers for market feedback and actions on VM and merchandise relocation
- Support demand planning in managing orders for continuous items
- Be a reference point for regional teams to translate HQ messages into local structures
Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role in luxury/fashion
- Strong product sensitivity and passion for Women’s Shoes
- Experience in large volume distribution
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical and numerical capabilities
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
- Educational background preferably in business management or similar
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Sound knowledge of current market and consumer trends
