You foster a professional, high-performing team and collaborate with Retail, Human Resources, Merchandising, and VM to drive results. Retribuzione / Benefits
- Gross annual salary up to 42,000
- Annual target bonus up to 36% of gross salary

Responsabilità
- Lead and develop a high-performing shop floor team, providing ongoing coaching and performance conversations
- Recruit, onboard, and manage employee relations in partnership with Store Manager and HR
- Drive superior client experience and clientelling to build long-term relationships with clientele
- Monitor category performance and propose action plans with Merchandising to hit targets
- Collaborate with VM to maintain brand image and category potential
- Provide product knowledge training and market trend awareness to the team
- Ensure policy compliance across the team
- Actively participate in sales floor activities to support performance and customer service
