Overview
In this role you support the Italy Marketing team to strengthen engagement with investors and intermediaries while advancing the asset management business. You will work closely with cross‑border centres of excellence to ensure marketing execution excellence in a regulated, fast‑paced environment. You drive campaigns, content, and client‑facing initiatives, balancing operations with strategic initiatives. You will help scale our presence and narrative across local and third‑party platforms, contributing to a strong brand and client experience. This role offers visibility into the asset management industry within a global leader, with a clear path to broaden your impact and expertise.
Responsabilità
- Coordinate governance around Partnership Programs (planning, stakeholder alignment, approvals, reporting cadence)
- Support day‑to‑day marketing operations to keep the engine running smoothly
- Manage and update websites and client collateral with accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate Client Advisor materials (presentations), translations, version control, and compliance sign‑off
- Own and maintain marketing presence on relevant third‑party platforms and websites
- Support planning and execution of sponsorships and events, including content development and follow‑up
- Develop and strengthen strategic client relationships, providing marketing solutions and support to internal and external stakeholders
Requisiti fondamentali
- Graduate degree in Economics or Finance
- At least 5 years of experience in asset management or funds industry
- Knowledge of the Italian retail investors market and Italian Fund industry
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to simplify complex information
- Proactive, self-starting mindset; able to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office)
