In this role you lead the integration of end-to-end supply chain processes within a global ERP modernization program. You drive design adherence, process mapping, and cross-functional alignment to deliver a unified digital backbone for growth. You collaborate with senior stakeholders to mitigate design risks and ensure sustainable process improvements. Responsabilità
- Own end-to-end business process mapping, scenario definition, integration, and design adherence across impacted functions
- Support development, maintenance, and adherence to the ERP Global Template and program methodology
- Ensure processes and capabilities are designed and deployed within program timelines
- Lead mapping of end-to-end processes to solicit right solutions and ensure integration across functions
- Lead the Design Authority Meeting and mitigate design risks
- Partner with global Supply Chain experts on design, development, and improvement of global processes
- Establish process design methodology, templates, tools, controls, and cadence
- Coordinate cross-program process design interdependencies and risk mitigations
- Plan and execute business simulations and readiness validation
- Develop and deliver program presentations to senior IM stakeholders on status
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Progressive leadership roles in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or large transformation programs
- Strong experience in business process design, engineering, or optimization
- Hands-on project delivery in complex environments with timelines and milestones
- Experience with large-scale SAP ERP projects in a global system
- Strong customer-centric focus and ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to lead cross-functional decision-making bodies
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%–50% as needed
