Overview
In this role you will help shape the Surgery BU’s presence in the EMEA region by executing integrated communications that support growth milestones.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into engaging campaigns across media, internal, and digital channels.
You will manage channels and leverage data to improve impact, collaborating with agencies and regional partners.

- Responsabilità
- Execute the EMEA communications strategy for the Surgery BU aligned to growth priorities and milestones
- Act as a communications partner on key business initiatives, translating priorities into campaigns
- Deliver integrated communications across media, executive, internal, and digital channels in collaboration with the Surgery EMEA Communications & Public Affairs team
- Own channel management (HOME, DLs, newsletters) connected to communications initiatives
- Partner with region and functions (Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs, global Media Relations) for alignment and approvals
- Collaborate with local external agencies and freelancers to maximize campaign impact
- Use data and insights to improve effectiveness and leverage global reports for execution and learnings
- Operate effectively in a matrixed environment and build relationships with leaders and content sources for campaigns
- Contribute to a strong, inclusive team culture
- Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, or public affairs
- Experience supporting commercial businesses, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries
- Deep knowledge of the EMEA region and its nuances
- Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Strong IT familiarity and willingness to learn new systems (story posting, distribution channels, etc.)
