About the role
You will play an active role in the day-by-day operation concerning product line activities: the ranging, product launches, pricing, driving initiatives to grow fast the related product categories and reach KPIs.
Location
The role is based in Assago.
What you’ll do
- Continuous monitoring of market trends, competition and price positioning, delivering reports and analysis.
- Assisting in the execution on the Product strategy in the CA All activities related to Product lifecycle management: new launches, system maintenance, phase in/out process, range maintenance, sales forecasting, avoid obsolescence…
- Provide input and feedback for new product development during the Generation Plan Process.
- Close and daily co-operation with European Product Managers to manage product life cycle maintenance activities.
- Monitor sales performance and suggest actions to deliver business KPIs.
- Close collaboration with Brand and Trade Marketing organization in preparing product presentations, catalogues, folder, POS material to support product launches.
- Provide Sales Organization with– continuously updated– detailed product info, market launch and pricing.
- Cooperate with the Sales team in order to set up listings & promos presence according to objectives, for key customers.
Who you are
Approximately 1-2 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within the FMCG industry Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and presentation skills (PowerPoint and Excel are a must).
Able to work under pressure in complex organizations with various stakeholders both at national and international level.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Team player with good team working skills.
Salary and benefits
Salary is defined in a transparent way, considering experience, skills, and performance. The annual gross base salary starts from € 33,150.00, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is covered by the Italian Metalworkers’ National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
