Overview
In this Senior Site Contracts role, you’ll own contract strategy and start-up contracting for selected sponsors, enabling complex studies and multi-protocol programs. You’ll work with sponsors, RSU regional teams, and internal partners to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality contracting. The role combines legal, operational, and financial expertise to drive efficient study start-ups and credible contracting metrics. This position offers line-management opportunities and a chance to influence contracting strategy at scale.

Responsabilità
- Develop complex investigator grant estimates, contracting strategies, and proposal text to support business development
- Create and maintain contract and budget templates, systems, tools, processes, and training materials for complex studies and multi‑protocol programs
- Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and RSU regional teams to ensure successful project delivery and sponsor compliance
- Provide legal, operational, and financial contracting expertise to support site agreements and streamline start-up and maintenance
- Prepare and review scientific, technical, and administrative documentation for study initiation
- Analyze contracting landscape and disseminate contracting intelligence across the company
- Ensure contracting efficiency, timelines, and achievement of financial targets
- Track and report contracting performance metrics and out‑of‑scope activities
- Partner with Quality Management to uphold high contract management standards
- Mentor and coach colleagues with training and technical guidance
- Present to clients and professional bodies as needed
- Maintain accurate internal documentation (CTMS, trackers, project plans)
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and preferred clients
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years of site contracting experience within a sponsor or CRO
- International contract expert experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in matrix teams
- Advanced legal, financial, and technical writing abilities
- Solid understanding of clinical trial regulations (GCP/ICH) and drug development
- Knowledge of local and global regulatory requirements, SOPs, and corporate standards
- Independent judgment and ability to take calculated risks
- Strong project leadership and mentoring experience
- Excellent planning, organizational, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office tools
- Deep knowledge of clinical trial contract management processes
- Experience using metrics to drive timelines and deliverables
