Overview
In this role you drive global growth for IQVIA’s Brand Outsourcing and HCP Engagement solutions. You will expand international client relationships and open new markets, working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to sell scalable, innovative outsourcing and engagement models. You’ll focus on translating global strategy into growth plans across geographies and lead high-stakes negotiations. This is an opportunity to shape multi-country deals and help clients scale medical and commercial capabilities while advancing healthcare solutions at scale.
Responsabilità
- Identify and prioritise opportunities across global and regional markets
- Develop and execute multi-geography go-to-market strategies
- Translate global strategy into account-level growth plans
- Build and expand senior-level global client relationships
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor across the commercial lifecycle
- Lead executive-level discussions and negotiations
- Lead complex, multi-country proposal development
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage opportunities from qualification to contract handover
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years in Life Sciences commercial leadership or business development (e.g., General Manager, Head of Sales, or Business Unit Manager in a large pharma)
- Proven success selling complex, global outsourcing solutions
- Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
