Overview
You join IQVIA to help reduce stroke-related disability by steering hospitals toward stroke-ready care. In this role you will support training and organizational tools, promote new guidelines, and lead quality monitoring across a regional network. You’ll guide multidisciplinary teams and expand the program to more hospitals, shaping best practices in major centers. This is a mission-driven opportunity to influence patient outcomes at scale in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilità
- Enhance the efficiency of stroke patient management
- Support hospitals and healthcare professionals with ongoing training and tools
- Act as an expert Therapeutic Consultant promoting new diagnostic and treatment guidelines
- Foster quality monitoring programs to ensure consistent hospital performance
- Expand project reach to additional hospitals
- Lead multidisciplinary stroke teams through continuous improvement
- Improve therapeutic protocols in major hospitals
Requisiti fondamentali
- PhD in Neuroscience
- High motivation and strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Leadership abilities
- Proactive, flexible, and strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to travel up to 70%
