Overview
In this role you support the Private Debt Funds & Co-Investments Team, assessing and monitoring private debt opportunities across strategies and geographies. You will conduct due diligence on funds and asset managers and contribute to investment memoranda and transaction execution. You’ll build quantitative models, prepare analyses and interact with international private credit managers. Your work helps select and oversee high-quality co-investments, aligning with the group’s investment process and governance.

Responsabilità
- Screen, analyze and benchmark private debt funds and co-investment opportunities
- Perform qualitative and quantitative due diligence on private credit funds and asset managers
- Draft investment memoranda and supporting IC documentation
- Execute investment transactions and coordinate subscription processes
- Manage capital calls, distributions and other fund cash flows
- Prepare investment analyses, presentations and reporting materials
- Develop and maintain quantitative models and analytical tools
- Monitor portfolio investments and maintain dialogue with international private credit managers
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3-5 years of experience in the role
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Excellent quantitative analysis and financial modelling skills
- Knowledge of quantitative finance
- Experience in company valuation, structured finance and/or project finance
- Master’s Degree in Finance
