Responsabilità
- Understand business value, market context and customer problems with stakeholders
- Document and communicate requirements for releases ensuring needs are met
- Build, prioritize and maintain the squad backlog and sprint stories
- Accelerate decision making by grounding work in data and analysis
- Identify, escalate and remove impediments to the squad
- Collaborate with the team to create new/improved features
- Define and track product/process metrics/KPIs across end-to-end value
- Manage IT Risk and IT Security for squad assets
- Develop applications per ING standards and support technical requirements gathering
- Write high-quality functional/technical documentation
- Design, execute Unit and Functional Tests
- Coordinate with Release team for code versioning
- Support defect identification/resolution during testing and production issue handling
- Ensure delivery aligns with bank strategy and cross-team collaboration
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in Product Management/Project Management within complex IT projects
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Strong English and Italian language skills
- Strong communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage stakeholders and define backlog and requirements
- Knowledge of Lean-Agile development principles
- Creative mindset for new content ideas
- Strong risk awareness and results orientation
- Excellence in execution and bug-fixing/code optimization
- Team player capable of working in a diverse culture and fast-changing environment
- Quick learner with proactive attitude and clear, concise communication across tech and business teams
