Overview
As a Paid Media Expert at ING, you will shape and implement the digital performance strategy across all paid channels to drive scalable growth. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team to optimize campaigns, testing, and measurement, aligning with SEO, content and CRO to deliver a unified growth agenda. You’ll balance quick wins with building long-term structural growth, partnering with product, sales and brand to maximize impact. Expect a hands-on role with a strategic backbone and a focus on data-driven results.

Responsabilità
- Own end-to-end paid performance execution across all channels, from setup to bidding optimization
- Lead performance reporting and forecasting to meet budget pacing and ROI targets
- Design and run a structured testing roadmap (creative, audience, bidding) to improve efficiency
- Ensure correct tracking and measurement infrastructure across campaigns
- Challenge agency partners to drive smarter, faster delivery
- Collaborate with SEO, content and CRO to align on growth objectives
- Partner with product, sales and brand to maximize impact
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience of at least 5 in the role
- Ability to manage critical situations through good decision-making
- Degree in field Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Engineering
- Knowledge of English
- Knowledge of main performance channels including hands-on experience in Search Console
- Knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Tealium Customer Data Platform, Adjust Mobile Measurement Platform
- Decision-making under pressure
