Test Engineer (f/m/div)

Overview

In this Test Engineer role within Infineon’s Research & Development, you will design and optimize test solutions for semiconductor products using the Advantest V93K platform, collaborating with cross-functional engineers. You’ll contribute to test board development, test concepts, and release-sensitive packages for production, while supporting optimization to reduce test costs. The role offers hands-on ramp-up with a young, supportive team and dedicated training, aligned with Infineon’s mission to drive decarbonization and digitalization. Responsabilità

• Develop test programs using Advantest V93K tester platform
• Develop test boards for engineering and production environments
• Co-create test concepts with the Concept engineer
• Contribute to development projects with main project roles
• Provide production support for released test packages
• Perform test time evaluations to improve the cost of test

Requisiti fondamentali

• Proactive team player with initiative and collaboration
• Bachelor or Master in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Telecommunications or equivalent
• At least 2+ years in test engineering, preferably mixed-signal on V93K
• Good knowledge of Automatic Test Equipment (preferably V93K) and electronics basics
• Proficient in programming (C++ required; Java/Python a plus) and AI tools
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and lab measurements
• Fluency in English
