International Graduate Program (IGP) – Segment Technical Marketing (f/m/div)

As a Segment Sales & Marketing Operations IGP, you will support the sales excellence in automotive segment, by supporting the deployment of new strategies and projects in the segment and in the Regional Center.

Your program consists of the following elements:

• Contribute to the development of modern electronic systems and their implementation in the consumer market
• Talk the AI/ML language and engage customer peers on the subject. You collect the design requirement while defining, with the teammates, what would be the best HW platform to use
• Get inputs and technologies from internal research, SW, application design teams (including Imagimob) and ease their adoption at customers
• Create proof of concept demos to support customer engagement
• Support our customers in the system design and during the evaluation of our products
• Discuss innovative application approaches with the customer development teams and give feedback to our development department and concept engineering teams

• Degree in electronic/electrical engineering or a similar field with knowledge of C programming and having a solid know-how of AI/ML principles and theory.
• Embedded MCU programming would be a plus.
• Knowledge of Tensor Flow and/or other AI/ML support libraries
• Analytical capabilities and problem-solving attitude.
• Strong attitude in fostering innovation.
• Demonstrating passion on testing and trying out new use cases and challenging achieved outputs from customer or stakeholder perspective
• Structured, pragmatic approach; able to clarify ambiguous requirements
• Excellent English and Italian communication and confidence presenting concepts to managers
• Proactive team player, comfortable working with diverse global teams
• Willingness to complete international assignments

The stated salary comprises annual base pay and target variable compensation. The starting salary is determined using objective, gender neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, and role scope; prior compensation is not requested or considered.
