Ignite is seeking an Italian Client Experience Representative in Lisbon to serve as the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers across phone, email and chat. The role requires strong Italian language skills and working knowledge of English for internal use, on-site at our Lisbon facility.
You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and log requests in the CRM while meeting CSAT, FCR and AHT targets. A flexible 24/7 rotating schedule supports a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
