Global NGO Recruitment Consultant - End-to-End Hiring

IDLO - International Development Law Organization in Rome is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support end-to-end recruitment for the MYROLS programme. You will manage postings, screen applications, prepare longlists and shortlists, coordinate interviews and assessments, and ensure timely delivery to hiring managers.

Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, you will liaise with candidates, conduct reference checks, issue offers, and maintain recruitment documentation.
