Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

Florence is alive with energy — and it’s the seamless flow of our membership spaces that keeps everything moving.

As our Member Operations Intern, you’ll be the quiet engine behind the scenes, making sure everything from coworking desks to member queries gets handled with care and efficiency.

Some days you’ll be managing bookings and making sure the space looks and feels exactly right.

Other days you’ll be leading tours, troubleshooting on the fly, helping members access what they need or working with the team to tighten up how things run.

No two shifts look the same — and that’s exactly the point.

If you’re someone who notices the details others miss and loves the satisfaction of a well-run operation, you’ll feel right at home here.

In Case You?Don’t?Know?Who?We Are (Ahem)…??

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun,?creative?and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay,?learn?and play and most importantly – be themselves.

As an employer we look,?act?and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more.

Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop?bar?and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces.

Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy,?France?and Spain with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.??

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the coworking spaces and rooftop, including managing rooftop operations by assisting guests, providing towels, ensuring the area is clean, tidy, and well-organized, and delivering a warm and professional welcome to all visitors.
  • Keeping an eye on the space — flagging maintenance issues, restocking, and making sure everything looks and feels great
  • Assisting with member queries related to facilities and access
  • Working with the team to improve operational processes as we grow
  • Leading tours
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • A practical problem-solver who takes initiative
  • Comfortable with systems and tools (bonus if you’ve used coworking or booking platforms before)
  • A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves
  • Cool under pressure when the space is busy
  • What You’ll Get
  • Hands-on operational experience in a growing membership business
  • Exposure to how a club balances member experience with behind-the-scenes logistics
  • A collaborative team that trusts you to get on with it
  • What You’ll Have
  • You are currently enrolled at a university within the EU
  • You are studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
  • You bring a positive, hands-on attitude and enjoy meeting new people
  • You are organized and comfortable juggling different tasks throughout the day
  • You enjoy both teamwork and taking initiative when needed
  • You are fluent in Italian and English. Extra languages are always a plus
  • You are available for a full-time internship of 39 hours per week for 6 months

What We Offer

  • A wonderful workplace to call home, full of events, fun colleagues and all the other amazing salary/benefits stuff.

Who you are, is how we want you to be.?To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we?represent?ourselves.?Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their?nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation,?religion?or?culture.?Your authenticity?keeps our?team diverse.?Come as you are.???

At The Social Hub, we believe pay should be fair and consistent.

That's why we carefully determine your starting salary based on the role, your assessed proficiency, and our salary framework.
