Overview
In this role, you will lead and coordinate large EPC projects within Hitachi Energy, ensuring execution aligns with policy, quality, safety, and financial targets. You will guide the project team, define execution plans, and manage scope, schedule, and risk in collaboration with the Project Controls function. You will secure resources, control costs, and drive contract and claims management while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The role offers opportunity to optimize project delivery, influence cross-functional teams, and contribute to key energy and industrial initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership position with a clear impact on project performance and customer success.

Responsabilità
- Lead project team and define execution approach to achieve project goals
- Oversee planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources
- Develop project plans including scope, financials, schedule, and risk management with Project Controls
- Monitor financials, invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow for the project
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and pursue opportunities
- Coordinate contract acceptance, close-out, and ensure compliance with policies
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Management to procure services, materials, and equipment
- Support supplier negotiations, claims, and project changes
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as customer contact
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Engineering
- Proven experience managing large EPC projects in energy or industrial sectors
- Strong contractual navigation with clients and partners
- Excellent organizational skills and cross-team coordination
- Influential communicator with leadership presence
- Fluent in English and Italian; French valued
- Financial acumen and commercial awareness
- Familiar with risk, schedule, and change management
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
