Overview
As a Project Manager at Hitachi Energy, you will steer medium‑size EPC projects within a multinational setting, ensuring delivery within policy, quality, safety, and financial targets. You will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate with Supply Chain, and manage contract and risk aspects to meet milestones. The role sits at the core of delivering grid and power quality solutions for energy transition initiatives. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance, and successful project closure.

Responsabilità
- Lead project team, define guidelines, allocate tasks, and motivate resources to achieve milestones.
- Jointly define project plans with Project Controls, including scope, budgets, schedule, and risk management.
- Ensure adherence to execution best practices and Hitachi Energy policies; monitor progress and resource use.
- Provide regular management reporting, capture lessons learned, and formal project closure.
- Manage contracts and claims per policy and contractual agreements; coordinate procurements with Supply Chain.
- Serve as primary customer contact and escalation point for project issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies; uphold external/internal regulations.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Engineering Degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) with strong technical foundation
- 5+ years in Project Management of medium-sized EPC projects with on-site experience
- Expertise in Electrical Systems (T&D, Power Generation); familiarity with Terna, Enel, Edison
- Experience with diverse contracts (FIDIC, Italian Public Contracts Code) across public/private sectors
- Fluent in English and Italian; proficient in MS Office, SAP, and MS Project
- Highly organized, proactive leader; able to coordinate multi-site teams; willing to travel ~25%
