Overview
As a Field Service Engineer, you will execute service tasks across installation, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades while adhering to Hitachi Energy standards and safety guidelines. You will work hands-on with HV equipment, analyze technical issues on-site or remotely, and ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service delivery. You will coordinate materials and report outcomes, driving improvements to prevent repeated faults. This role offers front-line impact in a mission-driven energy tech environment with substantial field travel.

Responsabilità
- Perform service tasks across multiple categories including installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and retrofits
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Coordinate availability and quality of materials, parts, and tools for service activities
- Prepare documentation and reports for customer sign-off
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and understand their needs
- Apply safety and environmental practices and report unsafe conditions
- Travel within Italy to service sites (>80%)
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by aligning work with customer orders and expectations
Requisiti fondamentali
- Electrotechnical diploma
- On-site experience with HV equipment
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel in Italy (>80%)
