Overview
Join Henkel Adhesive Technologies as a technical expert supporting line/start-up, product recommendations and trials for customer applications. You will train field sales and customers, and liaise with sales, marketing, PD, and Innovation teams to deliver value-driven solutions. You’ll perform technical visits, capture feedback in CRM (Salesforce), and identify opportunities for equipment-driven process improvements. You will help drive internal innovations, report quality issues, and may supervise lab work for customer samples. This role combines hands-on lab work with cross-functional collaboration to enable sustainable growth and customer success.

Responsabilità
- Line and/or process start-up support for products
- Provide product recommendations and trials for new products
- Deliver technical training and coaching to field sales and customers
- Communicate with sales, marketing, PD, Innovation, and AE field teams
- Consult customers on value-generating solutions for their processes
- Identify opportunities to provide equipment solutions to enhance customer processes
- Conduct technical visits/audits/troubleshooting with customers and document in CRM (Salesforce)
- Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and identify new business opportunities
- Report quality issues or customer complaints to relevant parts of the organization
- May supervise laboratory work for samples from customers and report results to customers
- Promote internal SBU innovations and cross-account learnings
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's Degree in Chemistry and/or Materials
- Practical laboratory skills
- Analytical thinking
- Strong team spirit and communication skills
- Willingness to travel around 50% in Italy and Greece (and possibly abroad)
- Fluency in Italian and English
